QUESTIONS ON WARRANTIES, ASSISTANCE AND CERTIFICATIONS

End users who need assistance for a Lazzarini product can contact the retailer they purchased it from.

No, the reductions must be ordered separately. When choosing the reduction, check what kind of pipe you have in your water system.
QUESTIONS ON ELECTRIC / DUAL-FUEL RADIATORS
A radiator is dual fuel when you can choose to use it with either hot water or electricity.
Not all radiators can be used “dual fuel”.
Where applicable and depending on the accessories installed, they can be used either with electricity or hot water: a heating element with a thermostat in the first case, adapters and valves in the second.
No, the thermostat can never be placed on top.
No, the customer cannot replace the thermostat.
No, the two modes cannot be used simultaneously, only alternately. A classic example of this is water use during the winter and electric use during the spring when the heating system is already switched off.
The thermostat cables are about 1 metre long. In the case of spiral cable models, the minimum length is 50 cm and the maximum length is 180 cm.
If the cable is cut, the warranty will be void.
